I've spent over 18 years in the service business - 12 as a freelancer and the past 6 building Pony, a branding agency working with some of the fastest-growing tech companies. Across both worlds, the same problem kept hurting projects and margins: misalignment. When clients aren't clear on process, deliverables, or what's expected of them, even a small delay or unanswered question can shift the whole plan - and that's where scope creep begins.

I tried every project-management tool out there. Too complex, too rigid, and too disconnected from how agencies and freelancers actually work with clients. So I built ProjectLink - a single shared link clients can check to understand the process, the scope, the timeline, what's done, and what's left. No shifting expectations. No hidden decisions. No creeping scope.

It started as a Figma prototype inside Pony - we literally sent clients responsive prototype links for months. Then we built a V2 in Framer, and it worked even better. Now it's a full product built for you too.

Every feature exists because I needed it first at Pony and throughout my freelance years. It made expectations clear, reduced misunderstandings, protected margins, and kept projects on track. Now it's here for anyone tired of misalignment eating into their work.
