ProjectLink is a project management and client communication platform designed for agencies and freelancers. The Service allows users to create project links, share project status with clients, manage deliverables, timelines, and facilitate communication between service providers and their clients.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

ProjectLink offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to:

• Store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement
• Back up your data to ensure service continuity

You are solely responsible for your content and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use and share such content.
